Expanding from its home market in Los Angeles, Nestdrop, which calls itself "the country's first completely in-App, on-demand medical marijuana delivery service," is now available for San Francisco patients on Android smartphones and tablets.

Medical marijuana patients will be required to upload a photo of valid ID and either a doctor's recommendation or medical marijuana identification card to Nestdrop's securely encrypted vault to receive approval before ordering. Unlike other online medical marijuana delivery services, Nestdrop says it is the first to provide an entirely in-app marketplace experience and orders will be fulfilled within an hour or less.

Nestdrop's medical marijuana service is currently available on Android throughout San Francisco as well as parts of Oakland and San Jose. More cities in the Bay Area will be added regularly.

"Expanding into San Francisco marks a milestone for us as we continue our mission of providing a safe method for medical marijuana patients to get the medicine they need in a convenient, discrete fashion," said Nestdrop co-founder Michael Pycher. "We are also excited to be the first medical marijuana delivery service in two major markets, with more on the way."

Nestdrop says it launched the country's first in-App, on-demand medical marijuana delivery service for Android smartphones and tablets on Friday, and immediately started delivering to patients in need. The iOS version of Nestdrop will receive medical marijuana service in the next few weeks, according to the company.

Medical marijuana patients will be required to upload a photo of valid ID and either a doctor's recommendation or medical marijuana identification card to Nestdrop's securely encrypted vault to receive approval before ordering. Unlike other online medical marijuana delivery services, Nestdrop is the first to provide an entirely in-app marketplace experience. Nestdrop orders, for both alcohol and medical marijuana, will be fulfilled within an hour or less.

"The response we've received since our initial announcement has been incredible with patients throughout the nation excited for Nestdrop," said Nestdrop co-founder Michael Pycher. "Today marks a giant step forward in providing a safe alternative method for medical marijuana patients to get the medicine they need in a convenient, discrete fashion."

As part of the simple registration process, medical marijuana patients must upload a photo of a doctor's recommendation or Medical Marijuana Identification Card as well as a valid ID to order from Nestdrop's medical marijuana section. Once manually approved by a local dispensary, which can take as little as five minutes, patients will have full access to the same medicine that they are used to getting in-person, for the same donation amount.

U.S.: Ganjapreneur Now Accepting Marijuana Job Postings

With the addition of their new "Post a Job" page, Ganjapreneur has entered the world of online job boards geared toward the marijuana industry. The website launched their marijuana industry job feed several weeks ago, which up until now has merely aggregated links to jobs had been posted around the web. With the new form, employers will be able to fill out their own job posting to be published on Ganjapreneur's website and Android app.

"This is just one small feature of what we're building out," a Ganjapreneur spokesperson said. "Ultimately we're going to be a lot more than a simple job board.

"We're aiming to be a business hub for the industry as a whole, so naturally, helping people find careers related to cannabis and helping employers reach out to potential employees is going to be a big part of that," the spokesperson said. "But we have many more features in the works that will be coming out soon."

All jobs listed by Ganjapreneur are available both on their website and their recently-launched Android app. Ganjapreneur has announced that their app will also be available in the Apple App store in the near future.

The website announced its official launch over the summer, and has since published a large number of news articles, business editorials, and interviews with cannabis industry pioneers.

Popular alcohol delivery app expands market reach to bring medicinal marijuana to Los Angeles patients in need

Nestdrop, a popular Los Angeles alcohol delivery service, is introducing what it calls "the country's first in-App, on-demand medical marijuana delivery service for both iOS and Android."

Available today for alcohol deliveries for L.A. area residents, Nestdrop medical marijuana delivery service will launch in the next few weeks in the same app. Medical marijuana patients will be required to upload a photo of their doctor's recommendation to Nestdrop's securely encrypted vault to receive approval before ordering.

Unlike other online medical marijuana delivery services, Nestdrop says it is the first to provide an entirely in-app marketplace experience.

"After our initial success with alcohol deliveries, we decided to expand when we saw how this platform could be used to bring difficult-to-obtain products to people who really need them," said Nestdrop co-founder Michael Pycher. "We began talking to patients and found a genuine need out there for improved access to this medicine."

As part of the simple registration process, medical marijuana patients must upload a photo of a doctor's recommendation and Medical Marijuana Identification Card to order from Nestdrop's medical marijuana section. Once manually approved by a local dispensary, which can take as little as five minutes, patients will have full access to the same medicine that they are used to getting in-person, for the same donation amount.
